    2. “Hind Rajab. The Voice from Gaza”

    Drama. Director: Kaouther Ben Hania

    With: Motaz Malhees, Clara Khoury

    Oscar-nominated, realistic docudrama about a little girl in Gaza who desperately seeks help through an emergency call center.

    3. “Marty Supreme” (New)

    Drama. Directed by Josh Safdie

    Starring: Timothée Chalamet, Gwyneth Paltrow

    Highly intense and entertaining story about a ping pong star in 1950s Jewish New York who crosses corpses to achieve success.

    4. “Sentimental Value”

    Drama. Director: Joachim Trier

    With: Renate Reinsve, Stellan Skarsgård and others.

    Fascinating and finely tuned reconciliation drama from the “World’s Worst Man” director that revolves around hurtful family relationships.

    5. “Pillion” (new)

    Drama. Director: Harry Lighton

    With: Alexander Skarsgård, Harry Melling

    Bizarre romance between a submissive barbershop singer and a dominant BDSM biker, where love blossoms despite wearing a straitjacket.

    6. “It was just an accident”

    Drama. Director: Jafar Panahi

    With: Vahid Mobasseri, Mariam Afshari

    A wild, incendiary, satirical and dark depiction of contemporary Iran, mixing dark humor revenge plots with a serious moral drama.

    7. “One Battle at a Time”

    Action drama. Directed by Paul Thomas Anderson

    With. Leonardo DiCaprio, Teyana Taylor etc.

    A masterful, exuberant and subversive political stunt on American soil that calls for revolution and puts its trust in youth.

    8. “Nouvelle vague. The new wave”

    comedy drama. Director: Richard Linklater¨

    With: Guillaume Marbeck, Zoey Deutch

    The American director travels back in a time machine to Paris in the early 1960s and to the time when Jean-Luc Godard was filming “Until the Last Breath”.

    9. “Die, my love”

    Drama. Director: Lynne Ramsay

    Actors: Jennifer Lawrence, Robert Pattinson

    Wild and beautiful about a young mother and writer who loses her footing. Reality and hallucinations mix to create an impressive drama.

    10. “Sound of Falling”

    Drama. Director: Mascha Schilinski

    With: Hanna Heckt, Lena Urzendowsky

    The German Oscar entry describes the fate of women in four generations. Time is fluid and moves between dream and reality, between death and life.
