On or in the Arctic and Antarctic
You write To or In when it comes to Antarctica and the Arctic?

Both prepositions make sense. Antarctica is both a continent and a continent and is called To a continent but In a continent. However, it is the most common occurrence In for both Antarctica and the Arctic. The importance, not least of the Arctic, has expanded today, especially in terms of military strategy, so that the underlying objective is more “in area x”, which also speaks for it In Arctic/Antarctic.

No problem with regulators
The word prescribing doctor not found in The Swedish Academy Dictionary or another source. It’s strange because in the civil engineering industry we talk about it a lot prescriptive to maintain their building products prescribed and so forth. However, the word exists offerbut what is the name of the person who carries out the recipe? This has been talked about in the pharmaceutical industry prescribe Recipe. Is it actually the same word?

NO, prescribe is an independent verb in the sense of “print on prescription”.
The verb offer On the other hand, it means “to issue a decree about (something)”. Prescribing organization(s) and the like can of course be discussed, but the noun prescribing doctor seems to appear neither in the dictionaries nor in terminological sources such as the Rikstermbanken. This is a completely regular word formation -Are is added to the verb, creating a noun meaning “someone who prescribes.” I see online that it’s extremely common (as you also point out), so I don’t see a problem with this word form.

Use “Pay” instead of “Pay”.
You should use it pay or pay in a text that a deposit must be paid or paid?

Usually means pay simply pay. In these cases you should write pay and not payas many are not sure what pay means. IN Swedish dictionary is marked pay as “formal” and in the government office Blacklist the word is discouraged.
But pay is not always synonymous with pay but may have a broader meaning “to give up something of value,” which is often, but not always, money, as in Pay warranty compensation.
