    Are the “Lidingösnacks”, fries with roe and dough, getting a little tired? Try dipping dill pickles, an American-style crispy pickle with lots of dill.

    On the TV series “The Bear,” Chef Sydney served an omelet that quickly went viral. It had a creamy filling and a crunchy topping and was the ultimate testament to thoughtfulness.

    Can chocolate chip cookies get any better? Well, if you turn them into chocolate chip cookies. The chips add some saltiness and a fun break in texture. In this case I wouldn’t recommend too wild flavors on the chips, I baked with wobbly chips.

    To make oven-roasted cauliflower even more fun, you need two things: a really good cheese sauce and a little crunch for texture. I used regular, lightly salted chips, but you can of course experiment with other flavors.

    For more of a Tex-Mex feel, bread the chicken breasts in nacho chips. Serve with side dishes such as coleslaw or good salsa.
