Ingredients.Chocolate chip cookies
Makes about 24 cookies
125g butter, room temperature
1 dl brown-brown sprinkles
1 dl powdered sugar
1 egg
2 ½ dl wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp vanilla powder
150g dark chocolate chips (or chopped dark chocolate)
2 dl coarsely chopped ribbed potato chips
1. Dice butter. Place butter, brown sugar and powdered sugar in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until well combined and creamy.
2. Mix flour, baking powder and vanilla powder in a bowl.
3. First stir the egg into the butter mixture, then the flour. Whisk again until well blended.
4. Add chocolate chips and coarsely chopped potato chips and stir until evenly distributed throughout the batter. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
5. Set the oven to 175 degrees. Lay out baking paper on two trays and press out balls of dough about five centimeters apart. Use an ice cream scoop or a tablespoon.
6. Bake one sheet at a time for about 10-12 minutes. Don’t let the cookies get too brown, take them out when they are slightly golden brown around the edges.
