With his brother Rasmus Cederlöf and his father Roger Cederlöf they came to Italy to watch the Olympic competitions.
Frida Karlsson carried her flag across the finish line. It was the victory hug of Frida Karlsson and Ebba Andersson. Frida was then allowed to accompany the flag during the celebration in the ski stadium and at meetings with various media.
A few hours later we met Signatory and Svenska Dagbladet sports columnist Anders Lindblad happens to be the owner of the flag.
The three supporters had a thought.
– We would like to have the flag back so we can pass it to Jonna (Sundling), Linn (Svahn) or another Swede during the sprint.
DN and SvD emissaries told supporters that it might be possible to reach an agreement. They were on their way to the Swedish hotel to meet Frida Karlsson and Ebba Andersson.
And through the national team’s press officer, Astri Lindbäck, the flag found its way home to its owners. Afterwards there was an autograph and a greeting:
“Thank you very much for the loan! Frida Karlsson”.
